B2E takes the privacy worry out of both your telemarketing and direct mail campaigns.  We maintain and update the various state Do-Not-Call lists, the DMA Telephone Preference Service (TPS) file, and the DMA Pander file.  These records are suppressed to ensure that your marketing efforts conform to all federal and state legislation.

Since October 2003, all users of telemarketing lists are required to register with the Federal Trade Commission and comply with the provisions of the FTC's amended Telemarketing Sales Rule

Telemarketers and sellers are required to search the registry at least once every 31 days and drop consumers phone numbers who have registered from their call lists.
